I looked up recipes for something quick and easy to bake and stumbled across this easy banana bread recipe. Honestly, I’ve always just bought the boxed bread (I know, I know, don’t judge). Well let me tell you, this banana bread was super easy, all ingredients were already in the house, and it tasted delicious!
One thing I do love is new kitchen essentials (or gadgets, as I call them). I made a quick stop to Home Goods one day and stumbled upon these two amazing pieces. I couldn’t wait to use them and try out this amazing Banana Bread recipe. Does anyone else get the motivation to bake after buying new gadgets?

Easy Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 very ripe bananas, peeled
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if sweeter)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
