Super Easy Clam Chowder Recipe that is creamy and packed full of flavor!
Quick & Easy clam chowder
I am all for sharing easy and tasty recipes on the blog! You won’t find something posted with many ingredients or that will require being in the kitchen all day long.
The lovely thing about this clam chowder recipe is it only calls for a few pantry ingredients! Win! Win!
Ingredients
- 1 - Stick Butter
- 1 - Large Onion (chopped)
- 4 - 10 1/2 oz cans - cream of potato soup
- 3 - 18.8 oz cans - New England Clam Chowder
- 2 cans - clams (minced)
- 1/2 quart - half and half
- 1/2 quart - milk (we use 2%)
Instructions
- preheat oven to 250
- Sautee onion with butter in large stock pot
- Add all other ingredients
- Bake for 4 hours (covered)
- Serve and garnish optional (parsley, bacon & paprika)
I have always felt that clam chowder was a very comforting soup and you could honestly make it any time of the year. I hope you enjoy!
