Winter Wonderland Home Tour
Christmas is my favorite time of the year! Once November comes around, I’m in full holiday mode, decorating, shopping, listening to Christmas music, and filled with anticipation.
Living Room
This year I wanted to create a winter wonderland feel with a touch of vintage glam, using lots of greenery, flocked twigs and trees. I even spray painted some ceramic village houses I found at a local thrift store to match my neutral decor and love how they turned out.
One thing I’ve always done is decorate early for Christmas. My kids look forward to it and taking down the tree before February first is a sin! Lol!
Lots of pillows and blankets are a must at all times!
Dining Room
All are welcomed and made to feel right at home.
Kitchen
Family Room
When people walk in my home, I want them to feel relaxed and welcomed, whether it be cozied up in front of the living room fireplace with a cup of coffee, or lounging on the family room sofa watching a movie.
Daughter’s Room
This is the sweetest room in the house. It’s been my favorite room to decorate in our home, especially at Christmas.
Ambiance of Christmas Lights
For me, Christmas is a wonderful time to reflect on all we’re blessed with and the birth of Christ. We are fortunate to be able to enjoy and create memorable moments with family and friends. Some of my favorite memories are made during our family dinners. We all gather at the home of whoever is hosting and eat lots of great food, laugh, and exchange gifts.
