It’s that time of year when I want to get outside and spruce up the exterior of my home to add that instant curb appeal!
With my five ways to add instant curb appeal, you will not only make a great first impression, but it is sure to increase your home’s property value.
5 ways to add instant curb appeal
1.Paint doors, trim, shutters, and foundation
A side entrance can be just as important as the front. Adding an accent color on the door, placing a new rug/planter and painting the foundation make this little space pop and they are all inexpensive updates!

2. Replace old lighting
Changing out your outdated lights can be one of the smartest things you can do to bring instant curb appeal to your home. A well-lit porch welcomes your guests, and it increases security for your home. It is important to choose the correct size, style, and finish that compliments the architecture of your home.

This is where you can add your personality to your home. Nothing says welcome, quite like a cute doormat/rug and beautiful planters.

Looking to source a copper mail box, that I can have to a specific size with a lock and slit for mail drop. Similar to the one you have posted from Weathervane….do you know where I could source one?
