Merry Christmas! My name is Linda Hites. I want to welcome you to my MO home. Christmas is my favorite season, and I can never wait to start my Christmas decor.
Christmas Bliss
We have lived in our home for a little over a year now. There are still many projects on our to-do list, but I always find that to be fun. I’m enjoying the process of making it feel like home and reflect us. I hope you enjoy our Christmas Bliss Home Tour.

Entryway
With an open concept home, I kept my decor neutral, allowing it to flow very nicely. I love the simplicity of it.
My favorite Christmas collection is my Byers Choice Carolers. I have them scattered throughout my home, and they help begin the Christmas season.
Dining Room
The dining room comes to life with a little ribbon and some adorable pheasants. This bird symbolizes luck and love, and I leave them out for all seasons.
This is one of my favorite rooms, and we just recently added this accent wall of wallpaper. It adds warmth to this neutral space.
Living Room
With the living room being the center of the house, we spend a lot of time here. It’s a calming spot, especially when the fireplace is lit, and the lights on the tree are glowing.
I used lots of realistic greenery, gold accessories, and a neutral ribbon.
I call this my memory tree. It is decorated with pieces I already had in my home that have meaning to me. You will spot old pictures, antique cups, postcards, and beautiful flowers.
We also can’t forget the pheasants at the top of the tree.
Lets head to the basement
The family room is decorated in traditional red and green for Christmas. We don’t use this space much, but the grandkids love hanging out here when visiting.
We just recently painted an accent wall in our basement Family Room called Peppercorn by Sherwin Williams. It is my new favorite color in my home.
This tree is my elf tree! Elves are hanging out on the branches, and lots of Santas are surrounding it!
Master Bedroom
We are still working on our master bedroom, but I am enjoying the slow process. The walls were recently painted Pewter Green by Sherwin Williams. It instantly added warmth to this space.
Having a tree in the bedroom makes it so cozy around the holidays.
This tree has a combination of old-world glass ornaments and Christopher Radko.
Spare Bedroom
Everyone needs this color in their home! It’s called Boothbay Gray by Benjamin Moore. They say blue is a soothing and calm color, which is exactly how I want my guests to feel when at my home.
I wanted this tree to have the feel of one you would find while strolling the streets in Williamsburg, VA. It is simple, with sparkling pears and black ornaments.
Kitchenette
This is where we eat all of our meals. It is decorated very simple with some greenery and a small tree to add a little holiday spirit.
Covered Porch
The covered porch we use daily when the weather permits. We see so much wildlife like deer, rabbits, birds, and the sound of geese.
We love sitting in our rocking chairs, especially when it rains.
The house truly becomes magical at night!
One of my favorite traditions around the holidays is to grab a hot chocolate and drive around and look at Christmas lights.
